Use Autoattack-based Characters

Many people find that auto-attack champions work much better for last-hit kills, particularly if you are new to the game.

For many beginners, we suggest starting with Caitlyn. She has the longest range for auto attacks in the game, which means that it should be easy to score a few last-hit kills if you position yourself well.

Annie and Nasus can also be great, but you will have to weave in a few extra skills to boost their attack damage.

 Understand Your Character

The best last-hitters are the ones that know how to use their champion.

We don’t care which character you play here. The only important thing is that you understand how that character works.

Practice for hours with a single character. Learn how much damage they can do. Learn how their skills weave together. Learn the type of equipment that will give them the biggest power gains.

The more you understand your character, the less effort you will need to put into getting those last-hit kills. This is because you will learn the exact moment that you need to attack. Once you get the timing down, you will be seeing epic gold gains during the early game.

 Stack Attack Damage Gear

If last-hit kills are important to you, then everything that you do during the early game should be focused on boosting your attack power, particularly if you are working with an auto-attack champion.

Stacking attack damage gear will mean faster kills.

Remember, this is only for the early game. As the game goes on, you may want to prioritize other types of gear. Look at a guide for your selected Champion to see what works and what doesn’t.

Don’t Be Afraid To Ditch Your Last Hits and Buy Gear

There are a lot of players who will head for that farm lane and just pick off the minions one by one. It works. We get it. However, it isn’t the best way to stack up those last hits. This is why we want to share this one of the top 10 tips for landing those last hit kills.

Every so often, don’t be afraid to go and spend the gold that you have accumulated. It won’t take too long. Boost your gear and skills. If you do that, then you will have more power behind you, and this means that you will be blitzing through those minions far faster.

Just a minute or two spent boosting your gear can easily lead to a 33% to 50% increase in the number of minions that you can mow down. You may even be able to pick off the odd enemy champion.

Play With Melee Characters

You would think that ranged characters would be the easiest to work with when it comes to last-hit kills, but they aren’t. Always used melee.

When you play ranged, you need to consider the speed and distance of the arrow/spell that you are firing. This means that if you mistime your shots, you could miss out on a last-hit kill.

If you are melee, then you are going to be right there in the fray. You don’t need to have perfect timing. You can just hammer away.

 Use Keybinds

Never click when playing League of Legends. Not if you want to play at the top of the game, at least.

Clicking is slow. Use the awesome keybinding system in League of Legends to get your most-used abilities tied to specific keys. Learn where those key binds are.

The faster you can get those abilities popping off, the more last-hit kills you will be gaining.

10. Use a League of Legends Script

We know that there are some League of Legends pros that are going to turn their noses up at this but, let’s be honest, not everybody is going to be great at nailing those last hit kills. No matter how often they practice, it just isn’t going to happen.

A League of Legends LoL Script is completely undetectable. Run this on your system when you are playing League of Legends, and it will allow you to compete with players in the game. This means that you can spend less time smashing your head against the keyboard wondering how you can score more last-hit kills, and more time having fun with the game.

Of course, make sure that you pay attention to every other one of our top 10 tips for landing those last hit kills. Skillful play paired with a good script will make you unstoppable, at least down the lower levels of the game.
